Addressing Substance Use & Demonstrating Inclusion
Have you ever wondered what to say or do when an employee is facing substance use challenges? Or how you can help employees feel more comfortable talking about issues before they become bigger (and costlier) problems? Left unanswered, these questions can lead to higher turnover, decreased productivity, and a workplace culture burdened by stigma and misunderstanding. As a workplace leader, it’s essential to have the knowledge and resources to address substance use or potential substance use challenges directly—while also creating an inclusive environment that supports all employees.
This two-day, in-depth training equips you with practical tools to confidently address problematic substance use and embody a culture of inclusion that champions employees in their recovery journeys.

CHES®, CIH, CPH, CSP, and SHRM credits are available. CPFS recertification hours are available.
Cost:
Each two-day training is $495 (total cost)
*If you work or reside in Adams County, CO, you may qualify for a scholarship to help cover some of the cost.
Location:
Virtual format using the Zoom platform.
Materials:
A virtual copy of the RFL Training Program Workbook is included to reinforce key concepts with tailored exercises and tools.
Optional Add-on 1:
50-minute coaching session designed to provide personalized guidance on addressing any substance-use-related issues at work, while taking a closer look at how you can integrate recovery friendly leadership practices into your organizational culture.

For those seeking a deeper understanding of substance use, addiction, recovery, and the ways employees experience them, we offer an optional add-on workshop.
